These are easy to learn videos with the jump rope.  The jump rope is a fun way for a cardio workout, working the heart, lungs, calves, wrists, shoulders, and coordination.  You can do them anywhere, in the house (if your parents allow you to), and back and front yard.  Have fun jumping rope.

In these videos I am introducing ways you can challenge yourselves with adding small weights to your exercises by using soup cans (10 3/4 ounces), green bean cans (14.5 ounces), and various cans (1 lb 11 ounces).  Also included along with the can exercises are 1 gallon water bottles.  There are different ways I will show you how to exercise with these various cans and bottles. I also have a little friend to do the exercises with me.

Two different ways to get the most out of the exercises:

1- Do as many reps (times) as you can, slowly (one set). Your muscles will become tired faster.

2- Do 3 sets of 10 reps (10 reps, 3 times) with 30 seconds of rest in between each set.  Your muscles will not tire as quickly but will enable you to do more reps.

3- The sets of "21's".  I will explain how to do these in the video.  You can do 21's with any of the exercises.
