How is everyone? I hope you are all well during this time and hope to see you all soon. But, in the mean-time, it is very important that you remain physically active. While you are home and doing homework and working on projects, you still need to do some type of exercise. So what I have done is put together videos of stretches we do in our PE class. Each day you can do the routine of stretches before you get started with your other projects. Your body is warmed up and you are more awake and alert for your homework. Along with the stretch video I have also included the breakdown of each stretch and the proper way of how it should be done. Take the time to do each stretch correctly, not only to get the most out of the stretch but to not injure yourselves. PLUS! I have added some fun youtube videos that have action movements that you can participate with to increase heart rate.
